1. Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of mainland Scotland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Esk Glazing Ltd and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:
• The giveaway begins 22/05/2024 and ends on 22/06/2024.

3. How to Enter:
• To enter the giveaway, participants must:
– Facebook: Like the Esk Glazing & Interiors Facebook page, publicly share the
giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments.
– Instagram: Follow the Esk Glazing & Interiors Instagram page, share the post
publicly on story and tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
• Only one entry per person, regardless of entry method, will be accepted.

4. Prize:
• The winner will receive their choice of either:
– A kitchen makeover up to the value of £15,000, or
– Doors, windows, or a conservatory up to the value of £15,000.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Esk Glazing Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the
advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
• One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across Facebook and Instagram.
• The winner will be announced on June 22nd, 2024, at the Esk Glazing & Interiors Family Fun Day event.
• The winner will also be announced on Facebook and Instagram as well as being notified via private message on the platform they used to enter. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected.

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Esk Glazing Ltd, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
• Esk Glazing Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process.

• Esk Glazing Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
• Esk Glazing Ltd is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.

8. Governing Law:
• This promotion is governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes arising from it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
